Your product sells. Just not well enough.

I find out who should really buy it and why, then rebuild the way it is sold. Not as a strategy deck, but as a live funnel, creative and campaign.

Maximum one MARKTHEBEL project per month.

€24,900→≥ €24,900 incremental revenue
The problem

The product is not automatically the problem.

There are customers. The product works. Yet new customers and revenue remain below what should be possible. Then it is worth questioning the story before putting another campaign behind it.

01

Experience the product.

I only accept products I can genuinely understand, test and assess myself.

02

Expose the reason to buy.

Not: which features do we have? But: who buys this and what problem are they actually paying to remove?

03

Take it straight to market.

Positioning, messaging, funnel, creative and, when useful, campaign setup. No slide deck handed over to another team.

Performance principle

My work has to create revenue.

The newly built route to market should generate at least my fee in additional, attributable net revenue within 180 days.

The exact measurement method and conditions are agreed in writing for each product before engagement. If the agreed revenue threshold is not reached under those conditions, reimbursement of my fee is part of the individual project agreement.
01
Revenue counts.
No clicks, leads or pipeline values as substitutes.
02
Attribution counts.
The new route to market is built so purchases can be measured as clearly as possible.
03
The measurement environment stays valid.
Product availability, campaigns and measurement logic are agreed upfront.
Selection

Not every product is a fit.

I can only take the risk if I see a sufficiently large and realistic revenue lever before we start.

Good fit

  • already on the market and selling
  • clear enough for me to test and understand
  • short to manageable sales cycle
  • reliable availability / delivery
  • incremental purchases can be measured
  • a real decision maker can approve quickly
  • reputable company

Not a fit

  • no proven market or buyers yet
  • highly complex software
  • sales cycle clearly exceeds the measurement period
  • product cannot be delivered reliably
  • every change needs multiple approval loops
  • revenue cannot be attributed to the new route
One product. One project.

No retainer. No bucket of hours.

€24,900 net

During the intensive execution phase I do not run a second MARKTHEBEL project in parallel.

  • product and competitor analysis
  • audience and buying-reason analysis
  • positioning and copywriting
  • funnel concept and web implementation
  • own photography when required
  • own video production and editing when required
  • own aerial footage where useful and legally possible
  • ad creative
  • campaign setup when agreed
  • complete handover to the client

Media spend, travel, accommodation and necessary external third-party costs are separate and agreed transparently upfront.

MARKTHEBEL by Marcus Bohlander

No agency team between insight and execution.

“If I accept a product, I work on it myself, from understanding it to the live route to market.”

My background combines technical consulting, product and process analysis, leadership, marketing, web development and film/media production. That unusual mix is deliberate here.

max. 1 MARKTHEBEL project / month
First step

Is my product a fit?

Send me the key facts. I first check whether the product, sales cycle, measurability and economic lever are fundamentally suitable for MARKTHEBEL.
